Who sells and how purchases work
Store payments are processed by Tebex Limited (United Kingdom), which acts as the official reseller of the products and issues the purchase receipt. Rede Glory, an independent Minecraft server run by a private individual living in Portugal, provides the products in-game and supports players. The Tebex terms of sale also apply to your purchase.
Before you pay, each product shows its price and all its perks in the store. Prices are shown in US dollars, the currency Tebex charges in; your bank may convert them to your own currency. Once the payment is approved, the product is activated automatically on the username entered in the cart, usually within a few minutes (you need to join the server to receive it). Please check your username before paying: purchases made for the wrong username by mistake can only be transferred if the product hasn't been used yet.
All products are virtual items and perks, valid only inside Rede Glory. They have no real-world monetary value, are not the player's property and cannot be exchanged for money.
Refund Policy
Before activation: you can cancel
As long as the product hasn't been activated on your username, you can cancel your purchase and get a full refund: within 14 days of purchase for consumers in the European Union, the United States and the rest of the world, and within 7 days for consumers in Brazil (Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code).
After activation
The products are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout, the buyer expressly asks for the product to be activated right after payment and acknowledges that, from that activation, they lose the right of withdrawal, under Art. 17(1)(l) of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 and Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. So, once activated, the product cannot be refunded simply because you changed your mind, to the extent permitted by the law of the consumer's country.
When you always get a refund
Regardless of activation, you are entitled to a refund (or, if you prefer, correct delivery of the product) when:
- you paid and the product was not delivered within 72 hours and the problem was not fixed;
- you were charged twice for the same purchase;
- the product does not match what was advertised in the store or does not work because of a fault on our side.
Seasons and server resets
Some items belong only to the current season. When the season ends or the server is reset (wipe/reset), those items are removed, as stated before purchase. VIPs with days left stay active until the end of the period you bought.
Server closure
If Rede Glory closes permanently, we will announce it on Discord at least 30 days in advance and stop sales from that announcement. VIPs that still have days left on the closing date can request a refund proportional to the remaining days.
Bans
Players banned for breaking the Rules are not entitled to a refund for products lost because of the punishment. Punishments can be appealed on Discord.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your username, the Tebex transaction number (it starts with tbx- and is in the payment confirmation email) and the reason for your request. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Tebex to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or PayPal: we can almost always fix it faster. Opening a dispute is your right; while the case is reviewed, your account on the server is suspended, and chargebacks made in bad faith (for example, after using the product) lead to the punishment set out in the Rules.
Terms of Use
By playing on Rede Glory or buying from the store, you accept these terms and the server Rules. The Rules may be updated to keep the server fair; important changes are announced on Discord. Changes to these terms apply to purchases made after the update date shown at the top.
Minors: anyone under 18 may only buy with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is the person accepting these terms.
Account and username: each player is responsible for their own account. Selling, trading for real money or sharing accounts, items or perks outside the official store is not allowed.
Availability: we do our best to keep the server online at all times, but there may be downtime for maintenance, updates or technical problems. Without prejudice to the rights consumer law gives you, Rede Glory is not liable for indirect losses caused by such downtime.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection given to you by the law of the country or state where you live (for example, the Consumer Protection Code in Brazil or federal and state consumer protection laws in the United States), and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
United States: nothing in these terms takes away your legal right to dispute charges with your card issuer (for example, under the Fair Credit Billing Act). We only ask that you contact us first so we can fix the problem faster. These terms do not include mandatory arbitration or a class action waiver.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, consumers in the European Union can use the free CNIACC (Portuguese National Centre for Consumer Dispute Arbitration). In Brazil, you can contact your state Procon; in the United States, the FTC or the consumer protection office of your state Attorney General.
