| Sharing personal data Sharing someone else's full name, address, phone number or photos. | Permanent ban |

| Flood, spam and caps lock Repeating messages, writing everything in capitals or abusing repeated characters. | 15-min mute |
| Pointless messages Meaningless or off-topic messages that only clutter the chat. | 2-hour mute |
| Advertising Advertising other servers, websites, links or social media without permission. | 1-day mute |
| Inappropriate content Sexual, violent or illegal content in chat, usernames, skins, signs, books or builds. | 3-day ban |
| Impersonation Pretending to be a staff member or another player. | 3-day ban |

| Hacks and modified clients KillAura, Fly, X-Ray, macros or any mod that gives an advantage. Visual mods (OptiFine, Sodium) are allowed. | Permanent ban |
| Exploiting bugs Duplicating items or abusing glitches instead of reporting them to the staff. | 7-day ban |
| Alt accounts Using another account to dodge punishments, limits or events. | Permanent ban |
| Unsportsmanlike play Deliberately ruining other players' games, such as sabotaging events or fixing results. | 3-day ban |

| Trade scams Cheating someone in a trade or deal. | 7-day ban |
| Real-money trading Selling items, accounts or server perks outside the official store. | Permanent ban |
| Account, VIPs and store | |
| Offensive username A username that is offensive or imitates staff members. | Ban until name change |
| VIP perk abuse Using VIP commands or perks to harm other players. | VIP removed |
| Chargeback Opening a dispute or chargeback on a purchase. Purchase issues are solved with the staff. | Permanent ban |
Punishments
The times above apply to a first offence. Repeat offences get longer punishments, up to a permanent ban. The staff may apply whatever punishment they consider fair in each case, including situations not on this list.
Think you were punished unfairly? Request a punishment review on our Discord, calmly and with evidence. Reviews containing insults will be rejected.
